Torque Sensor FF420

The Series FF420 rotary torque sensor have been designed to fit easily in line with any drivetrain using standard DIN size couplings. With Flange couplings at either end of the torque sensor it has many advantages over other torque sensors including high speed and high torque applications. It is not limited by bearings; therefore it can be used at higher speeds, and places no bearings loads on to the shaft. The stator needs to be mounted in relation to the shaft within an operating envelope of +/- 3 to 5mm. 





The standard range of FF420 transducer are complimented by custom range of torque coupling transducers that can be factory installed onto the majority of industrial drive couplings (ranges from 100Nm to 250KNm)
